Instructor Certification Program

NACC’s Instructor Certification Program (ICP) serves as a resource for instructors of adult learners enrolled in college programs. Our ICP program provides the skills and knowledge necessary to support educators in developing and facilitating current and innovative programming to ensure learner engagement and career success. Course resources provide opportunities for educators from across Canada to participate in user group forums and support networks, ensuring opportunities for lifelong learning and professional development.

Certified Higher Education Professional

Continuing Education Program

Instructors who complete NACC Level 1 & Level 2 certification will also earn the CHEP in Teaching credential awarded by NACC US partner, Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU).

Instructors who complete NACC Level 1A certification can earn CECU's CHEP in Online Teaching credential by completing 2 additional courses from our list of Continuing Ed courses.
